Pretty Saints Boutique is a trade name operated by GraceBeautifulSkin LLC d/b/a Pretty Saints Boutique (“Pretty Saints Boutique,” “Pretty Saints,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing, browsing, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated into them by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services or place an order through our website.
These Terms are intended to be read together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Exchanges Policy. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific policy, the applicable policy will control with respect to the subject matter addressed by that policy, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
1. Eligibility and Use of the Website

Pretty Saints Boutique offers hair, beauty, and related products, including hair extensions, wigs, custom wig services, and other products that may be added to our store from time to time.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colors, dimensions, textures, availability, and other product information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, product colors and appearance may vary depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, photography, and the natural characteristics of hair products.
Natural hair and beauty products may also have variations in texture, density, color, pattern, and appearance. Such variations do not necessarily constitute a product defect.
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update product information at any time without prior notice.
3. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
We may limit quantities, discontinue products, modify products, or make changes to product availability at any time.
The availability of a product on our website does not guarantee that the product will remain available after an order is placed.
If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order and we are unable to fulfill the order, we may cancel the affected portion of the order and issue an applicable refund.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.
The price charged for an order will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is submitted, subject to correction of pricing errors and any applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other amounts disclosed at checkout.
You agree to provide valid and accurate billing, payment, shipping, and contact information.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers and payment processors. We do not generally have access to your complete payment card information.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel transactions that appear to be fraudulent, unauthorized, unlawful, or otherwise suspicious, subject to applicable law.
5. Order Acceptance
Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.
Pretty Saints Boutique reserves the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including but not limited to:
- Product availability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
- Incorrect customer information
- Shipping restrictions
- Duplicate or unusually large orders
- Errors in product or inventory information
- Circumstances requiring cancellation under applicable law
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund for the canceled portion of the order.
6. Order Processing and Shipping
Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days before shipment.
Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, weekends, holidays, and the time required to receive inventory from suppliers.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, applicable shipping estimates are:
- USPS Priority Mail — Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
- USPS Priority Mail Express — Express Shipping: 3–7 business days
These timeframes are estimated delivery windows and are not guarantees of delivery on a specific date.
Shipping estimates may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, weekends, high shipping volume, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Our Shipping Policy contains additional information regarding processing, shipping, tracking, delivery issues, and other shipping matters.
7. Custom Wig Orders
Custom wig orders and other customized products may require additional time for construction and preparation.
For our Saints Reserve Custom Wig Service, please allow up to 28 business days from the date the order is placed for the custom unit to be completed and delivered.
Custom products may require additional processing because they are prepared specifically for the customer.
By purchasing a custom product, you acknowledge and agree that custom orders are subject to the additional processing timeframe disclosed on the product page and in our Shipping Policy.
8. Returns, Exchanges, and Final Sale Policy
Because our products are hair and beauty items, all sales are final and Pretty Saints Boutique does not offer refunds, except where a refund is required by applicable law or otherwise expressly authorized by Pretty Saints Boutique.
Eligible exchanges may be available in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Unless otherwise stated in that policy, exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and the product must remain unused, uninstalled, unaltered, and in its original condition and packaging.
Hair products that have been installed, cut, colored, bleached, washed, chemically processed, or otherwise altered are generally not eligible for exchange.
Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect all hair products immediately upon receipt and before installation or alteration.
Our complete Returns & Exchanges Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Orders
If you believe you received an incorrect, damaged, defective, or otherwise problematic product, you should contact us as soon as possible at info@prettysaintsboutique.com.
We may request your order number, photographs, videos, or other information necessary to evaluate the issue.
If the issue is determined to have resulted from an error on our part, we will work with you toward an appropriate resolution consistent with our applicable policies and applicable law.
10. Customer Accounts
If you create an account with Pretty Saints Boutique, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
You agree to provide accurate and current information and to promptly update information when necessary.
You must notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

- Brand elements
- Product photography
- Images

is owned by or licensed to GraceBeautifulSkin LLC d/b/a Pretty Saints Boutique, unless otherwise indicated.

Pretty Saints Boutique customer service hours are:

Our website may offer automated or live-chat functionality outside of regular customer service hours.
Availability of a chat feature outside business hours does not mean that a live customer service representative is available at all times.
Messages submitted outside regular business hours will generally be reviewed and answered during the next available customer service period.
